Planting & Care
1. Planting: Select a location that receives at least 6 hours of direct sunlight each day; however, this variety can also tolerate some shade. Plant in well-drained, moderately fertile soil. When planting multiple plants, space them approximately 3 feet apart. Dig a hole that is twice as wide and deep as the root ball. Refill the hole with soil, ensuring that the rose is planted at the same depth as it was in the container. Finally, add mulch to help retain moisture and suppress weeds.
2. Watering: Water your plants deeply and regularly, especially when they are young. Be sure to avoid watering from above.
3. Fertilizing: Fertilize your roses once a month using an organic rose fertilizer.
4. Pruning: Sterilize pruning shears and prune them in late winter or early spring. Remove spent blooms to promote additional flowering.
